LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The owner processes the personal data provided by the user on the basis of:

• the fulfillment of a legal obligation;

Navigation data

The computer systems and SOFTWARE procedures used to operate this WEB site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for the purposes for which he connects to the site. However, failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

METHOD AND TIME OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed with automated tools and stored for the time necessary for the execution and / or management of the relationship with the user / client and, subsequently, for the time in which Blind SRL is subject to conservation obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes, provided for by law or regulation.
The data processing can be carried out both by normal means and by computer means.
In relation to the purposes described, the data will be processed through paper, computer and telematic tools by the Data Controller, by the person in charge and / or by the persons in charge of the processing in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and in any case by means of suitable tools to guarantee their security and confidentiality.
The personal data provided may be processed exclusively for the purposes related to the achievement of the purposes for which they are requested. In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679, subject to the free and explicit consent of the user expressed at the time of registration, the personal data of the same will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

In the event that the user chooses a service, managed in whole or in part by another person, his data will be communicated, as requested and / or expected, to the individual managers who will operate as Data Processors related to the provision of services. of its own competence.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

The data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

At any time the interested party may exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 and following of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 and precisely:

RIGHT TO CLAIM

Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data, carried out through this site, is in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016).
